Meet the Meat Traders from Medicine Hat! We love to hear that after 3 years at the Leduc Farmers Market, it’s the community vibes and loyal customers that keep them coming back!

At their stand you’ll see a variety of Soft Beef Jerky, Beef Bits, Caesar Sticks, and Fermented Pepperoni — all direct from their family Ranch in Southeast Alberta.

Their family ranch was established 83 years ago and since they launched the jerky business in 2007, the wisdom of four-generations of family have influenced the growth and success of their product line!

To create the Jerky, they use a blend of both the succulent and flavourful locomotive muscles and the tender structural muscles to reach their famously soft and distinct texture. With wild flavours like Chipotle-lime and Habanero to the Teriyaki and Original classics, it’s a must-try for any local-supporting carnivore. Using 100% quality Canadian beef, MHMT is proud to offer a true Alberta beef snacking experience.
